Take a moment and get to know us a little.
Chad has been in the auto industry since 1987. He began his career at OCR in 1993 as a technician and worked his way up the ranks to estimator, general manager and now proudly owns the company. His goal is to continue the principals OCR has built its reputation on. “I just want to exceed customer expectations with an exceptional product”. He knows that to be a leader in the industry takes a dynamic team that puts the customer first. Known for running the OCR team like family, Chad values the commitment of his team and makes sure they have the resources they need to consistently deliver quality and excellence.
Started employment as a Body technician, moved to The Estimator position February 2011 and is currently OCR’s Production Manager. Jason started in the Auto Body Industry October 1993. “What I enjoy about being employed at Offutt Collision Repair: Our Customers, Community involvement, Challenges, the fact no 2 accidents are the same. So every customer’s vehicle requires a different repair process than the next. Our Staff, At OCR we are like one big family working together to achieve our goals!”

“As the Marketing Director for Offutt Collision Repair, I am able to do what I love best, network with amazing businesses and people in our community. I also thrive from being on top of the latest technology in the collision industry. Marketing excites me. I enjoy building campaigns for our collision center from flyers, social media and our latest an app. When it comes down to marketing, some of the best is grass roots marketing. Community involvement is extremely powerful, and being involved in local chambers, school events, Offutt AFB, and many tips groups has definitely helped impact where our company is going. Chris went to school for mechanics at Southeast Community College in Milford, NE. He worked for four years as a mechanic until he wanted to make a switch to auto body repair. He started at OCR in 2007 as a detailer. Chris found paint interesting, so he learned and worked in the paint shop since becoming an estimator. “What I like most about working at OCR is the company’s willingness to promote from within. I started at the company as a detailer and have worked my way up to being an estimator.”

Diego Molina loves new challenges, opportunities and making a difference. Born in Chicago, he moved to Omaha at 14 years of age. Diego started his auto body repair career as a disassemble tech and worked his way up to the estimator position. Here at OCR, he uses his bilingual skills to bridge the gap of communication to help provide the best possible customer experience. Diego loves being a part of the OCR family where he feels like his opinion matters, his hard work is recognized and his input is highly valued. Diego is excited to continue progressing his career with us at OCR!
Quality Control & Maintenance Manager
Erich Halterman started with OCR ten years ago as a detailer and is now in charge of making sure our final repairs match our commitment to excellence. Erich is often the first in the shop and the last to leave. His passion and dedication for what he does, combined with his sharp eye for detail, ensures the job is done right for our customers the first time. Erich enjoys working with his coworkers, who are also just as happy and passionate as he is. Erich loves being challenged with new things on a daily basis and solving problems and is always looking for ways to better serve our customers.
